BUREAU FONDATIONS processes personal data provided when you browse the website, create an account, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter or contact customer service.

This information may include your contact details, billing and delivery addresses, order information, communications, technical data and marketing preferences.

We use this data to process, deliver and invoice orders; manage accounts, returns and customer enquiries; secure the website and prevent fraud; comply with our legal obligations; send news and offers with your consent; and measure website traffic anonymously, without cookies.

Data may be accessed by BUREAU FONDATIONS and the service providers required to operate the website, including Netlify, Shopify, payment providers, carriers, email platforms and technical providers. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, subject to the safeguards required by applicable law. Shopify states that European users' data is initially received through its Irish entity.

Data is retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes. Invoices are retained for 10 years, while marketing data is generally retained for three years following the last purchase or active contact.

You may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to certain processing activities or withdraw your consent by contacting bonjour@fondationsfondations.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority at cnil.fr.
